<p>MLO allows you to fully structure your To-Do List into projects, and dependent tasks,  plus allows you to assign contexts &#8211; these may be people who are actioned to perform the task or recording where the task needs to be done (@home, @office, @pub).  </p>
<p>MLO already allows you to sync up with PocketPC, and the authors are hinting at Blackberry support this January or February 2010.</p>
<p>If that wasn&#8217;t enough it&#8217;s also a fantastic tool for outlining documents and presentation &#8211; a real lifesaver!</p>
<p>Out of the box it doesn&#8217;t completely follow the GTD method,  but that&#8217;s no bad thing in my opinion &#8211; I&#8217;ve always struggled with the workflow-oriented processing of GTD &#8211; its just too much of an overhead. </p>
