In a previous posting on voato, I talked through all the new features of OneNote 2010. One of the main issues I criticised was not having the ability to access a notebook online which was a big deficiency when compared against Evernote. However, I’m pleased to report that this is now supported and provides some great functionality. In this post I tell you how to access your OneNote notebook via the web.
A first look at OneNote 2010
The latest version of Microsoft OneNote is currently going through beta testing so we thought we’d download it and take a look. The first thing you notice about OneNote 2010 is the similarity to previous versions. On the surface it doesn’t look much different to the 2007 version. However, there are lots of subtle differences which will help to get things done quicker. We give the run down of the best new features.

Having a large electronic notepad using OneNote has many advantages, but one of the key challenges is finding that all important page or paragraph. However, other than relying on the search features, there is a little known feature which allows you to bookmark a page or paragraph, so you can quickly get back to it.
